About me
Hi, my name is Salina T Baaith and I'm a License Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia, National Board Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS), and a Certified Positive Mind Management Coach. I provide in-person counseling and Telehealth Services for Georgia residents. However, I provide coaching services to residents living in various states. In addition, my client ages range from 18 - 65 years old.
My Approach
I subscribe to the following evidence-based theoretical approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). CBT techniques are aimed at changing cognitions (thinking) and behaviors. SFBT techniques are aimed at finding solutions in the present and exploring hope for the future. And DBT techniques are aimed at improving emotion regulation, behavior, and interpersonal patterns.
