Appointments/Consultations
Counseling Sessions (60 minutes)
Your first appointment involves intake and assessment to which information about you will be gathered to gain a better understanding of who you are, why you are seeking counseling, and to develop counseling goals. During this session, you will have opportunities to talk in more details about things that are bothering you. Subsequent counseling sessions will continue to address your identified concerns and any other issues that may come up later. In addition, we will work collaboratively to help you achieve your counseling goals, work through challenges, attain personal growth, learn new coping skills, and become a better version of yourself.

Coaching Sessions (50 minutes)
Your first appointment involves intake and exploration to which information about you will be gathered to gain a better understanding of who you are, why you are seeking coaching services, and coaching goals (personal, professional, or business). During this session, we will create and develop goals and discuss strategic planning to achieve those goals. Subsequent coaching sessions will continue to work towards goal achievement and explore your motivation, barriers, areas of improvements, and strengths.

FREE Consultation (10 - 15 minutes)
During our phone consultation, you will have opportunities to ask questions surrounding counseling or coaching services, fees, and payment. After answering your questions, we will then schedule your first appointment.

After completing your phone consultation and scheduling an appointment, you will receive a "Welcome Email" and a link to register for an account in our client portal and access New Client Intake Forms.
Counseling and Coaching are provided in-person or through Telehealth Services.

To protect the confidentiality of your telehealth or video conferencing session, please do not record any audio or video from your session or use screen capture software during your session.
