Pricing/Fees

We currently accept the following insurances:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna Health/Ever North

  • ComPsych (EAP): Employee Assistance Program

  • United Health Care/Optum

 

Clients who do not have the aforementioned health insurances are expected to pay the self-pay rate of $125 for a 60 minute counseling session. We will provide you with a super bill as a receipt of payment to present to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, a super bill is not a guarantee of reimbursement from your insurance company. It is solely your responsibility to find out your insurance company’s policies regarding seeking treatment out of network and reimbursement.

In addition, coaching services are $100 for 50 minutes with email support between coaching sessions. To review the difference between counseling and coaching services, please click the "Therapy Services" tab above.

Payment of full fee is required at the time services are rendered and may be made by Credit/Debit. You may also pay by Zelle or Cash App, if preferred.

How do I pay for in-person counseling services?

Clients are expected to pay at the time services are rendered and can pay in-office.

How do I pay for telehealth services?

Before logging into your scheduled counseling or coaching session, you will be prompted to pay the full fee by any of the aforementioned payment methods.
